Centre for Learning and Performance Technologies (C4LPT). 

C4LPT was established by Jane Hart, as a place to keep track of learning trends, technologies and tools. There are two main elements: the Resource Centre and the Social Learning Network.

C4LPT Resource Centre

The C4LPT Resource Centre contains a number of free resources about learning tools and technologies, including:

• Directory of Learning Tools
  Over 2,700 tools that range from "traditional" course authoring tools to Web 2.0 collaboration and sharing tools as well as tools for managing your personal learning - and two-thirds of them FREE

• Top 10 favourite tools lists 2008
  The contributions of over 220 learning professionals worldwide.

• Top 100 Tools for Learning 2008
  The Top 100 Tools for Learning 2008 compiled from the Top 10 Tools lists.

• 25 free tools every learning professional should have in their Toolbox
  25 must-have free tools for personal learning as well as creating learning for others

• Directory of Learning Professionals on Twitter
  A growing list of learning professionals who use Twitter to connect with others around the world

• Review of 2008
  Jane's 100 favourite articles (blog postings, presentations, reports) in 2008
